We often don't worry about correction to DWI as all the processing implicitly accounts for the inhomogeneities.
For FLAIR you can just use the FAST tool, as you would with typical T1-weighted images.
Alternatively, you could calculate the bias field from a T1-weighted image from the same session and then register this bias field image to the other images (FLAIR or DWI or anything else) using a within-subject 6 DOF registration, and then divide the original image by the transformed bias field image. This is often the best way to do a correction if the image quality (e.g. contrast, resolution, etc.) is low in an image you want to correct.
