I have not read dropbox's Ts&Cs, so this may not apply to them, but...
One thing to watch out for is what exactly is covered by any safe harbor
agreement. It is not unheard of for the users' *meta*data to be covered,
but not the data they send via the provider. Read the small print
carefully!
