Hiya
I seem to recall one of the Commissioner's case suties under the title 'too much information' that looked at the kind of thing that should be removed from online planning documents. The ICO's website seems to be down for maintenance just now, so I can't check unfortunately.
That said, in my view, the all-singing, all-dancing planning systems that have copy documents available for Internet-connected individuals in Kyrgyzstan to examine and (if they choose) object to Joe Bloggs' application for a kitchen extension in Portsmouth is a little excessive. (both places simply the first that came to mind, incidentally)
Regards,
Owen
