Hi colleagues - a group of women who are members of ICA's Feminist Scholarship Division are undertaking an informal study of women's experiences of working in Media and Comms Departments with a view to encouraging the ICA Executive to set up a taskforce to address gender inequalities within the discipline and provide guidance on good practice. To this end, some of us outside the US have been contacted to ask if we would be willing to ask our colleagues about their experiences and I now set out below some questions. If you have the time, could you undertake this short survey and get back to me with your thoughts. I am only looking for a brief response. The deadline is 1 March. If you could participate, that would be great.
