So is that the bug?

Doesn't solve the problem.
Wahid says[https://ggus.eu/ws/ticket_info.php?ticket=90391 ] of ce1 and
ce3 at ECDF:
"ce1 and ce3 aren't being used anymore - they are not production in the
gocdb." And indeed they aren't, they are "not in production, not
monitored and not visible to EGI".
As a result, ECDF doesn't list any downtime.
walker@heppc102:~/grid/myproxy-test-2013-jan/sl6$ lcg-info --vo dteam
--list-ce --query CEStatus=Production | grep ecdf
- CE: ce1.glite.ecdf.ed.ac.uk:8443/cream-sge-ecdf
- CE: ce3.glite.ecdf.ed.ac.uk:8443/cream-sge-ecdf
- CE: ce4.glite.ecdf.ed.ac.uk:8443/cream-sge-ecdf
- CE: ce5.glite.ecdf.ed.ac.uk:8443/cream-sge-ecdf
walker@heppc300:~/grid/myproxy-test-2013-jan$ glite-wms-job-list-match
-a myproxytest.jdl | grep ecdf
- ce1.glite.ecdf.ed.ac.uk:8443/cream-sge-ecdf
- ce3.glite.ecdf.ed.ac.uk:8443/cream-sge-ecdf
- ce4.glite.ecdf.ed.ac.uk:8443/cream-sge-ecdf
- ce5.glite.ecdf.ed.ac.uk:8443/cream-sge-ecdf
How am I supposed to know - and indeed does the WMS know, or would it
still broker jobs there?
