No worries. The workflow for maintaining VOMS records must be complete

That clause has been around for a while. We should change it to say
"GridPP endorses and
supports grid sites that enable some or all of the Approved VOs, so that
free CPU cycles are provided
for the benefit of wider causes."

This isn't always possible. Many VOs are already in the portal, and they
may apply to be "approved".
The general rule is that both PMB blessing and presence in the ops
portal are needed. The order is
unimportant, AFAICS.

Yes - this policy only deals with Approved VOs. I'll make that clear.

I think it's a fudge for urgent cases. It allows a VO to be quickly
"Approved" outside the schedule of PMB meetings.
This might be done in the ops meeting, and may be discussed at the PMB
next time around. That's what I reckon it is,
anyway.
