Hi,
just to chime in - I also noticed that randomise seems to crash without further notice occasionally on a 8 core Ubuntu machine using SGE when FSLPARALLEL is set to 1 (I am administering myself, so there should be no sudo issues). The specs are: AMD FX-8120, 32GB RAM, Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (as well as 10.04 LTS) 64bit, gridengine installed from standard Ubuntu repositories, FSL installed from NeuroDebian repositories. Right now I am circumventing this issue by hand-crafted dual regression scripts making full use of all cores (and setting FSLPARALLEL=0) :-(
BTW: FEAT runs just fine, and condor doesn't run at all...
Cheers,
Cornelius
