dear all
I have probably a trivial question. I found a correlation between a clinical score and the connectivity of some voxels (dr_stage3_tfcr_corrp_tstat1) within the DMN. I would like to plot (subject-wise) such correlation. once i select a point of i do a mean of some volxel, which image should I use ?
dr_stage2_subject00X_Z.nii.gz
dr_stage2_subject00X.nii.gz
I assume that if i had to use the second file, it would be smarter to use
fslmeants -i dr_stage2_icYY.nii.gz -o ..txt
I read that the z-score is the best approximate of a correlation score, what about obtaining real correlation coefficients?
my glm included a demeaned age column, so my results are corrected for age, I assume that my extracted "correlation" values are not, so I should use an external tool to perform the regression and plot corrected data, isn't it?
thanks in advance
cheers and Merry Christmas
Alberto
