East Villa Vacancies [Closing date December 31st]
A New Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) informed Day Therapeutic
Community (TC) for men with Personality Disorders (PD) opening in Spring
2013
Bridging the Gap PD Services Ltd is a new company jointly owned by The
Retreat York, and Community Links, Leeds. This company is setting up a
new day service for up to 20 men in a standalone facility in the grounds
of The Retreat York, called East Villa.
We are now recruiting staff to become part of a multi-disciplinarystaff
team to start up and run the service. We are looking for the following
posts to be filled:
- Clinical Team Lead
The Clinical Team Lead will be both clinically responsible
andaccountable for delivery of the East Villa Service
- Reintegration Lead
The Reintegration Lead is responsible for the delivery of the
reintegration pathways for men transferring from secure or custodial
settings returning into the community.
- 3 x SMART (Social Milieu and Reintegration Therapists) facilitators
The focus of the role is to provide a high standard of Therapeutic
Community (TC) therapy and DBT for a group of men with Personality
Disorders (PD) within a multi disciplinary staff team
- Community Administrator
The focus of the role is to provide a high standard of administrative
support for the staff team and liaison services for men with Personality
Disorder, working within a multi disciplinary approach.
