In the current version oxford_asl only applies the calibration (if you
ask for it) to the perfusion image (to give perfusion_calib), not to the
aBV image, so it will still be in the same units as the data. To get
into % you would need to divide by the M0 value (and multiply by 100).
Something like:
fslmaths aCBV.nii.gz -div `cat M0.txt` -mul 100 aCBV_calib.nii.gz
