A proposed date of the 23rd of March is offered for the next archaeobotany working group meeting, to be held in the Archaeology Department of Durham University
https://www.dur.ac.uk/archaeology/
A provisional agenda for the day will include a presentation by Dr. Allan Hall on clarity of botanic terminology in archaeobotancial reports. After lunch and the identification session (with time and weather permitting) it is proposed that, for those who may be interested, the group could visit Durham botanic gardens

Those who wish to attend can reply to this message off-list. A further general update with confirmed times will be posted on the mailing list in late January, though the format will follow the usual timescale of tea/coffee at 10am, the beginning of the meeting at 10:30, with lunch at 12:30.
Suggestions are invited for any specific topic which members may like to be discussed during the identification session.
