Dear all,
Occassionally when I have imported spectra into Analysis, directly bonded dimensions/atoms appear to be set-up incorrectly.
I get a warning message that looks something like:
"Warning
Dimensions 2 and 3 are directly bound but resonance X is already bound to Y not Z
Continue with assignment?"
Since I know what is bound to what, I typically ignore it and continue with my assignment.
However, could this be a problem when trying to genreate structures from assigned NOESY spectra (i.e. if Analysis 'thinks' my indirectly acquired protons are directly bound to the nitrogen or carbon atom?).
Thanks,
Kovilen (NIMR, Mill Hill London, UK)
