Dear Gary,
All you need is to make sure that the names are the same. Either make a
Molecule, delete the LabeledMolecule, or if they are both there and the
names somehow do not match ((unlikely) you would have to copy the
LabeledMolecule to one with the right name and deete the original.
The link between the two is derived but mandatory, and those links are not
checked as frequently as hard links. It has to be a mandatory link,
because a LabaledMolecule does not make sense without a Molecule. We could
make it a hard link those are maintained contiuously, but did not, for
some reason.
