When you registered your account did you choose a username with a space in
it? The sandpit is unique in allowing that self-registration process but it
shouldn't allow usernames with spaces yet it does and I've seen this problem
before when someone has registered with a non-standard username. Try
registering a new account with a single word username.

Subject: Hello and question about images on Xerte Online Toolkits
I am a new user to Xerte Online Toolkits and am making a learning object. I
am currently enrolled in the Open University module 'Accessible Online
Learning'. I am having problems uploading images to any page using the
playpen at www.techdisplayxerte.info. I wonder if there are any known
problems. The 'symptoms' are:
1. On a Mac (OS 10) no image will upload (image counter stays at 0%). This
is the same for both Firefox and Safari (latest versions of the browser).
2. On a Windows PC (Windows 7), I can upload an image but the image does not
appear on the page when I play the resource, even though I have clicked
Once (and only once) did an image display, but when I replaced the image
with a better one, it now does not appear again.
Thanks in advance for any advice. If this query should go to another list or
help resource, please advise.
