Yes, 82, not 83. I may be wrong about the last 24 hours. Possibly the report I see is the last time you published within the window of the last 24 hours, which is compatible with what you see.

That seems about right.
In the apel log for the run from early this morning via cron I get
Fri Nov 2 07:31:04 UTC 2012: apel-publisher - Published 82 records to
the APEL server.
I also got this when i ran it manually yesterday...
Thu Nov 1 13:49:21 UTC 2012: apel-publisher - Published 8917 records to
the APEL server.
This would be for all the jobs that have been run since we became
certified and that hadn't been published properly till now.
So we should have 8999 jobs in the system as a whole.
The first one appearing in the SGE accounting logs is dated 2012-4-26,
although this may not have made it to the portal due to the join with
the blah records.
But this would be the earliest date to look for stuff from us.
