Hi Michel,
I recently posted a code snippet to find clusters and report their
center coordinates
(https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=SPM;1c8fc849.1211). You
could modify this to write out each cluster separately, by using
spm_write_vol within the second loop to write the variable temp
(representing a cluster) to a file, by including something like
V.fname = ['cluster_' num2str(ii) e];
spm_write_vol(V,temp);
or so.
Hope this helps,
Marko
