Registration is now open for the DCC data management roadshow in northeast Scotland - the final event in our series of regional roadshows.
The roadshow will take place on 5-6 December at the Library and Learning Centre, University of Dundee: http://www.dcc.ac.uk/events/data-management-roadshows/dcc-roadshow-northeast-scotland
The programme includes an exciting range of speakers who will share examples of developing research data management services and infrastructure. Speakers include Robin Rice on RDM developments at the University of Edinburgh, Robin Burgess on managing visual arts data and Anna Clements on the intersection between research data management and research information management. A draft programme is available online.
* Day 1 is a general introduction and is open to all. Best practice will be shared through case studies to help build a community of data management expertise in northeast Scotland.
* Day 2 is a strategic training day for research support staff. The workshop provides an introduction to curation and DCC tools so you can start to plan research data management services for your institution.
Each day can be booked individually.
Please pass this invitation on to colleagues who might also be interested.
