We are invited to place posters in alarming shades of shine on our
notice boards to inform our patients that for fast effective treatment
of the common clod they should visit a pharmacy.
This is in order to qualify for points for providing quality medical care.
Now who would write a poster like that? A pharmacist perhaps?
Meanwhile, our hazard team informs me that until 13th Feb 2013*,
2:4:Dinitrophenol is poisonous. Could this also go on our notice
boards etc.
We'll need a bigger waiting room.
Meanwhile, I am reminded of the beginning of Douglas Adams' excellent
novel The Hitchiker's Guide to the Universe.
* we are asked to remove it on that date. What else would that mean?
