Try Chris Peck at CTC...might be useful for campaigning... (http://www.ctc.org.uk/users/chris-peck [log in to unmask]), don't know what he has in the way of funding, but might know of something...

Subject: Today's BBC news/NICE
There is a report today on NICE's exhortation to councils to do more
for walking and cycling. Aside from the shortcomings in how they seem
to think things will change, there are nearly 500 responses from
readers - the top few are along the lines of 'too dangerous', 'no
time' etc. Anybody know of any funding to do a quick review of these
responses? It strikes me as quite good live data on attitudes to
cycling.
Best wishes,
Paul
