Hi,
This could usefully be captured for a community led (ie group led) HIA, if members of the group wished to use a systematic method to gather evidence and present recommendations to policy/decision makers.
While I'm keen not to bore about the merits of HIA, I'd be pleased to elaborate.

Subject: Today's BBC news/NICE
There is a report today on NICE's exhortation to councils to do more for walking and cycling. Aside from the shortcomings in how they seem to think things will change, there are nearly 500 responses from readers - the top few are along the lines of 'too dangerous', 'no time' etc. Anybody know of any funding to do a quick review of these responses? It strikes me as quite good live data on attitudes to cycling.
Best wishes,
Paul
