(the worst one of the lot), Brown (unelected, but probably saved the
world financial system, even though he didn't help much to prevent it
getting in that state), Cameron...it helps to be sanguine.
But perhaps this is not the time to talk about this stuff. Emotions seem
raw.

And it isn't that simple. Most of the insurance companies do not want
the regulation that goes along with ObamaCare. They are limited in what
proportion of their revenue has to be spent on actual patient
reimbursement; they will have more competition (presumably) once the
state-wide exchanges are set up (and countervailing power of larger
consumer buying groups a la Alain Enthoven's Managed Competition model
gives something approximating a bilateral monopoly model) etc.
