See above, (i.e. if the WN is strongly coupled to TORQUE, and
TORQUE is (weakly?) coupled to the CE and the WN is an open
issue, then TORQUE and CE are also open issues, bound
in a chain of dependencies).
This in true for sites with the penultimate glite
WN release (i.e. no munge).
