We are the company behind Science Shack - award winning BBC2 series
featuring big and exciting science/engineering/bio builds and experiments,
trying to answer intriguing science questions such as "How tall can a
building be?" - we made a tower 5 storeys high out of folded paper and
lowered our presenter on to the top. You could use volunteers to fold the
paper...a recylable installation.
We have many others plus the risk assessment experience...walk on
water....giant paper balloon...underwater house made from a skip and many
more...consultancy available for big engagement events, fairs and festivals,
Best wishes,
Barbara

Subject: [PSCI-COM] Big exhibits - or big participation
Morning all,
Apologies for lurkage and cross-posting, but I'm now doing some research for
two of the regional Big Bang fairs that I run in the Midlands. We're looking
to expand the fairs and I've been set the challenge of designing a bigger
showpiece for the fairs. Basically, I'm looking for ideas for a group
activity, something for everyone to do to create something through the day -
or something that in your experience leaves an impression on visitors,
whether it's just something to look at or an interactive or whatever.
The West Midlands fair is potentially up to 5000 people in a big space, so
let your minds run free!
All the best,
David
