Hello FSL experts, this is a basic question about fslmaths. When I use -Tmean works perfectly, but when I use -Tmedian the result is a mask with values 1 and 0 only, I want it to have values 1, 0 AND 0.5. For example, I have a voxel that in the time points has values [0 1 0 1]. The median of those numbers is 0.5, not 1, but fslmaths gives me value 1 for that voxel.
Is there any other way to calculate the median in time? Why mean does work and median not?
Also, I don't understand the option -pval, yes I know is p value ... but of what? If I want to know if a voxel is significantly different between to masks, one mask is the mean of one population and other the mean of other population... this -pval gives me that?
Thanks,
