We've got lots of DropBox users but with concerns about where data is
stored and the fact that the company does (or did?) control encryption we
point people to Wuala as a preferred alternative. See one of our pages at...

...of course this is a constantly changing market and not necessarily one
we keep pace with!
Dropbox still has advantages as the market leader e.g. better with ipads
(or so I've been told)
