Perhaps the message could be changed to contain the email of the VO
administrator. Also, the text could be clearer (example below).

are not longer valid because that CA is not used any more (you need take no
action if you have already replaced your certificate with a newer one from
an alternative CA).
The change was made by a VOMRS CA Validation Processor
