H-Sport is excited to build on its relatively recent sport humanities theses and dissertations in progress list. This list will appeal to a wide variety of scholars and help us all be more aware of sport related dissertations and theses in progress, as well as who is working on them and the school with which they are affiliated. The list is available on the H-Sport website http://www.h-net.org/~sport/theses_in_progress.html
and will soon be edited to reflect additions, completions, and basic editing of titles, affiliations, etc.
As we build on this project, we need your help. If you are currently working on a thesis or dissertation in the sport humanities and were not included last time or wish for your entry to be edited (including title changes or theses defended) please email the following information formatted as so:
Last name, First name
M.A / Ph.D. Candidate, Affiliation
Thesis / Dissertation Title
Month / Year degree awarded [if applicable; please do not list date defended]
We are dividing the work alphabetically. *Please use your last name as the
subject* of the email for greater ease in alphabetizing.
*For last names that begin with A-M*, email the above information to Chris Wallace:[log in to unmask]
*For last names N-Z*, email the info to Robert Turpin: [log in to unmask]
Finally, since this list will be edited semiannually, your prompt response is appreciated. The deadline for the listings is Sunday Nov. 16th.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
