We coregistered the images with the coreg tool in SPM before any
normalisation, and they seem pretty well aligned. We also tried to normalise
the T1 to the T1 template using the normalise tool, and the resulting EPIs
from that procedure were quite similar to those from the normalise to EPI
template.
