In this practical seminar, Kathy Ennis, motivational trainer and librarian will help you explore how to deliver a quality service using

• Personal and professional tools for positive service presentation;
• Verbal, non-verbal and visual communication factors influencing service perception;
This course is aimed at staff who represent the service inside and outside the library, whether frontline or management, who are interested in developing techniques that enhance user perceptions of service experience.
