Hi Mayur,
thank you for the very long list of sources! I do research on energy systems in The Gambia and although communication technologies are drastically increasing this not really my focus. Nonetheless I think it's still very useful to have a broader understaning of how the term is used in design. So far I have largely looked at researchers working in a development context, mainly feminist ethnographers.
Thanks again,
Anne

Hi Anne,
You might want to look up this paper from CHI '11, it's specific to the
field of Human Computer Interaction (HCI)... not sure what domain focus you
have.
Reflexivity in digital anthropology (Jennifer Rode)
http://dl.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=1978961
I would also recommend you some recent papers by William Gaver and Paul
Dourish, especially the following two:
What should we expect from research through design? (William Gaver)
http://dl.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=2208538
Implications for Design (Paul Dourish)
http://dl.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=1124855
William Gaver has published quite a bit on Cultural Probes that emphasize
reflexivity and the role of ambiguity in design. However, as I mentioned
the context here is design and technology. The papers are not technical in
content and you might find some good references.
A cursory google search led me to this (not sure if it's an overdose :P):

This one seems a bit old but maybe it's useful

Hope this helps :)
Cheers,
Mayur
