Hi All,
We have noticed intermittent responses from customers to support tickets via email (e.g. replying to the ticket directly via you email client) appear to not being logged on our system.
Whilst we investigate this, can I recommend using the web portal (support.talisaspire.com) to respond to tickets. Alternativelym clicking the linked header to the ticket in the email body will take you quickly to the ticket comment page to submit your response.
I will update when we have more info.
