I would prefer to keep announcements on this list. I subscribe to
this and a handful of other specialist lists precisely because of the
self-filtering of cfps etc they enable. Some might find a generic
human geography announcement list useful so by all means have one, but
I would find it overwhelming and would hate to lose this one. Now as
to weekly repeats of the same cfps...
