Hi

I think the JSC should be the creator, and it should be coded as 100
in MARC21.  The designator should be 'creator'.  Those
associations/persons should not be traced, as the JSC is entity
responsible to this work.  We can create a note field to record the
members of the Committee. I agree we should give the editors added
entries too.
