Dear list,
*** 1)
I was wondering if the function fsl_regfilt really filters the the ICs "1,2,3,...." if you input them using -f because the core ICs are given in vol0000, vol0001 (I recognized this using the function fslsplit on melodic_IC)...
Might it be necessary to take this into account?
Do I have to substract -1 from the ICs that I can see in my browser?

Thank you very much for the new FSL release. The new functions are amazing and I am really looking forward to test many of the functions especially the new tools to analyze ASL data. I started tonight using the function slices_summary as a first step to further analyze the data in Matlab. I used the recommended command:
"slices_summary groupica.ica/melodic_IC 4 /usr/local/fsl/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm groupica.ica/melodic_IC.sum"
However, after some calculations I get the error:
"[0000 tail: illegal offset -- +
Image Exception : #22 :: ERROR: Could not open image 4
