Dear FSL developers,
In order to compare my post measurement with my pre-measurement of resting state data, I subtracted the filtered functional (from ICA) with fslmaths. Goal is to be able to do a pairwise comparison of two groups with dual regression, which would tell me if one group shows larger changes than the other (in resting state).
I am not sure if I am using fslmaths correctly and I would greatly appreciate your expertise:
This is the commandline I have used:
fslmaths /localdata/RIMCAD/Subjects/A01/rs3NI_melodicRS3_2aug.ica/reg_standard/filtered_func_data.nii.gz -sub /localdata/RIMCAD_CONS/Subjects/A01/rsfmri_Cons_short_Melodic11sept.ica/reg_standard/filtered_func_data.nii.gz /localdata/RIMCAD_CONS/A01_subtracted_filteredfunc.nii.gz
Is this correct? The image looks quite strange (see attachment).
Thank you very much.
Best wishes
Heidi
