I run "install ExtUtils::F77" with cpan in $STARLINK_DIR/Perl/bin
I don't think this installed it but reported that the database(which I
believe is system specific) was generated on Mon, 17 Sept (Yesterday) and
ExtUtils:F77 is up to date (1.17).
Rerunning the script was ok afterwards. I am not sure why it worked now
since the database is up to date since yesterday. Should have been working
all along.

Not relevant since you are meant to be using the Starlink perl not the
system perl.
