docs: SC/21---Introduce PNG graphics for hypertext.
This is for three reasons. The PostScript files are clipped in the
browser, are of poorer quality, and seem to cause latex2html to mislocate
the images (the figures, symbols, and formulae). They are too large
at present, especially for pairs that are supposed to reside side by
side. I could delay further saving storage, but committing now offers
a chance for other eyes to see what may be causing latex2html to
misbehave. These have helped, but there are still lots of misplaced
images.

docs: SC/21---Use two newcommands for plotting graphics.
This makes the document more compact and uses the PNG files
(476cc34da43b3289d) for the hypertext documentation.
Also three boxed sections created with from minipages are also turned
into PNG to give latex2html an easier time.

docs: SC/21--replace \\* with \\.
The * appears in the hypertext and makes the text look like Fortran
comments. Since we're not indenting at the start of paragraphs this
has marginal effect on the PostScript form of the document.

docs: SC/21---Use fixed width for some hypertext graphics.
The width prevents clipping. One of these should be replaced
with the myfig command once a missing PNG is available.
