Dear all
I see no problem with asking for a paper because I think that asking for
scientific information is an appropriate use of the list, moreover
considering that it is a worldwide forum. The pdf may be sent directly to
the email address of the solicitor. This way we may avoid open diffusion
of papers.
Omitting the discussion about the questionable copyright rights in hands
of editorials, we must remind that researches from many countries have not
access to all published material because restrictions in budgets (my own
country may be an example). I am convinced that scientific information and
knowledge must be available to everyone in the world. I know that most in
the forum would reject discrimination, so all we would converge on
assistance in the diffusion of information, which most times is obtained
by using public (not editorial) resources.
Regards
Rubén
