Hi,
The file $FSLDIR/etc/luts/ramp2.gif shows the blue colourbar.
You'll need to attach the numerical values denoting the range to it yourself in some graphical software (e.g. powerpoint, inkscape, gimp, etc.).
The values for the range are whatever you used in FSLView as the min and max.
