Hi,
You can use fslmaths with -roi and -fmean with a box kernel.
Look at the usage and previous posts if you need help (searching for spherical ROI might help, as people often do this with spherical kernels instead).
All the best,
Mark

I need to create a mask for each XYZ coordinate (roughly 70 of them) and draw a 25 voxel ROI -with the center voxel being the known coordinate (5x5 ROI square). It has become very tedious to enter in each coordinate and then draw the ROI and then save the ROI with an appropriate name. I was wondering if anyone would know of an automated way to perform this task?
