Hi
Thank you to the FSL team for the new release.
Unfortunately it had difficulty installing on RHEL 5.8, which is stuck with python 2.4.3. The problems were keywords or module object properties that are in python >=2.6 but not in 2.4.
After a small bit of fussing (as I know nothing about python) I got it to work and have attached the script that worked for me along with a patch file. Please note that I don't know if all parts of the script will work properly with the changes I've made, but it was able to install the new version and save the old one.

My question about eddy is that I don't understand where to find the information that goes into the --acqp file, and how to setup that file. I did also read the information for --datain under topup. How does one get the readout time number.?The example given of a 96x96 matrix with 64 echoes, and a 1 ms dwell time and how that relates to a value of 0.095 isn't transparent to me.
Thanks,
Darren
