Hi,
I am new to fsl (from afni) and have a question about detrending. I see that fsl removes scanner drift etc using a high-pass filter. I am collecting data which we expect to have a sine wave pattern of activation with a frequency of << 1Hz. A high pass filter will remove this frequency and I am concerned that I will lose data. In AFNI I can force a linear detrending, or use a notch filter (removing say 1Hz - 50Hz). Can I do something like that in fsl? Should I skip detrending altogether?
Any advice welcome!
Thanks,
Kachina
