Both the NGS and GridPP VOMS servers run EMI-1 release of the service with
plans to move to EMI-2 as soon as Robert is settled in his new role with
Physics and can perform the requisite testing.
The VOMS servers maintained by NGS have never, by design published to BDII.
If there is a requirement to do so now, that will need to be taken into
account in the next upgrade.
