Flick down rather than across, Max. It's worth it. Five pages.
Lawrence, I too have given over much of my career to union pursuits which often seemed unrewarding but never felt like ill or wrong use of time. Without access to representation, people have nothing much at all. Cards are stacked. To maintain a line is difficult and all the more important for those against whom the cards are stacked. I don't know whether I would still rate myself a socialist but it is the closest of the branding epithets. If I did a tick quiz for political attitudes, I would probably still land there.
May your writing - and it motivations - edge you out of penury.
Cheers,
Bill
