Hi Saad
I was trying to use a thalamic mesh (FIRST segmentation) as seed and
the cortical (white) surface as target to find out vertex-to-vertex
connectivity of thalamus and cortex.
Using thalamus mesh as seed and cortical gray matter mask as -target2
will produce a matrix2 with desired attributes, but it will be hard to
use this Mesh-to-Volume matrix for inter-subject comparisons since the
number of gray matter voxels are not the same across subjects.
Is the Matrix1 the only solution here? (Cortico-cortical connections
which are recorded in matrix1 are not needed.)
Thanks,
Sourena
