Hopefully that is because others are using it more (and not because you
are using it less). Foreman sounds "significant".

At Liverpool, we use two hand-rolled Perl scripts to manage DHCP,
TFTP, PuppetCA and Kickstart via a single table (no CMDB). And we do
Virtual Machines by hand.
I could share those scripts - and even document properly them
if necessary!
