If you are in a hurry, my tecnical advice on Endnote is to try Zotero instead. Zotero is the most user-friendly reference manager I know of and is free to use. The only drawback is that although they have a good library of styles, they don't have every single reference style. But this isn't a problem if you only publish in the major journals, where of course we all publish (or wish we could).
Btw there was a question on reference managers a few months ago and some good suggestions came up. Might be worth a search through the Psych-Postgrads archives.
Hope this helps.

Hi guys
Is there anyone on this list that has an extremely technical knowledge
of Endnote X5?
Their own tech support couldn't help me first time, and as my uni
deems me to not be studying at present (summer between PT MSc) I'm
pushed to the back of the queue :(
Please................
Best Wishes
