Hi, Although we had no problem with initial access, when I tried it again, we are now also getting this error message if we try to access it again without closing the browser, as stated by Trevor at University of Leeds below.

A similar problem was reported to us at Leeds by an academic yesterday - access to SD was fine, but if you close the browser tab then try to go back into SD later without having closed the browser completely, the same multiple organisation message appears. The SD helpdesk suggested deleting cookies, etc before starting a new session. This seems to be working for us.

We are seeing exactly the same issue here. When we log on using Shibboleth from on campus it matches two groups (or organisations as they seem to call it) - one from the IP range and one from Shibboleth.
No matter what we select it just loops.
It looks as though Science Direct had a big upgrade over the weekend, and changed their WAYFLess URL. I found that clearing browser cookies and using the new WAYFLess URL seemed to work, although after the 3rd attempt you get a different error.

I have also reported this to Elsevier, but no reply so far.
