I agree, and this is very likely the case in breast and prostate screeing
where the screening is seen as the elephant in the room. Few are noting
and commenting that the marriage of diagnostic accuracy and appropriate
intervention are in need of excellent research and major tweaking. How can
we help? Please send a copy of the appendix.
