Hi,
I am using probtrackx in seed classification mode with a set of 6 targets and one seed. I have thresholded tracts and split out the relevant clusters that are in the *_seeds_to* and then binarized them within subjects and got the mean across subjects. Shouldn't the mean of that image give the probability (within the set of targets) of a connection? If I then sum across these probabilities, shouldn't that sum to 1? It doesn't always do so (sometimes > 1). I guess this might reflect overlapping of connections? Does this make sense?
